Dear Valued Customers,

As we continue to navigate COVID-19 together, we are proactively making several adjustments on how we do business for the foreseeable future.  These changes are being put into place in an effort to protect the health and well-being of our employees and partners and help slow the spread of this virus in the communities we serve.

Sales Team

Our field sales team has been instructed to reduce person to person interaction as much as possible while running their routes.  We encourage our retail partners to engage in Retailer Portal for placing orders and making payments to safely limit the amount of person-to-person contact on a day-to-day basis.  Our sales team will be using email, phone calls and texting as much as possible.

*All ride-withs (supplier rep accompanied visits) will not occur until further notice

*Off premise tastings will not occur until further notice

*No new events will be scheduled until further notice

Delivery Team

Before and after their route, Drivers have been instructed to wipe down all interior and exterior touchpoints with disinfectant.  We are requiring that gloves be worn at all times with our warehouse and delivery teams. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries.  Drivers will verbally confirm the order and then sign themselves (either an "X" or "COVID-19") on behalf of the customer until further notice.  This signature process has been approved by the NHLC.   

Please prepare to bear with us in the event that we have delivery delays due to staffing shortages.  We will do what we can, safely and within reason, to ensure the continuity for your business.
